IT Support Desk Tech (Entry-Level)

The City of Indian Harbour Beach is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Entry-Level IT Help Desk Technician to join our organization. This position provides first-level technical support to end users through in-person, phone, and remote assistance, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. The incumbent will be responsible for documenting service requests, maintaining accurate records within the ticketing system, and assisting with system setup, maintenance, and user account administration. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and effective communication with all staff. Pay: $18.86 - $21.91 per hour
