Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support (phone, email, ticketing system)
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment
• Escalate unresolved cases, document issues/resolutions, and support onboarding/offboarding
• Contribute to IT projects, ensure compliance, and follow up to confirm resolution

• Proven IT support experience with Windows/macOS, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Active Directory, Office 365, and remote tools

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills; teamwork ability
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL Foundation
• Added value: knowledge of scripting/automation tools (e.g., PowerShell)
