IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a qualified Network Engineer with hands-on experience in the UAE to join our technical team,a strong background in network infrastructure, biometric systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Driving License will be an added advantage.

This role demands a detail-oriented professional capable of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting both hardware and software systems, with a strong emphasis on network reliability and IT security.Driving License will be an added advantage.

• Design, configure, and support LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Should have knowledge in Firewalls like SonicWALL and Fortinet.
• Install and manage biometric access control and time attendance systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Set up and maintain structured cabling and IT systems.
• Configure and support network security systems (firewalls, antivirus, etc.).
• Maintain documentation for network topology, IP schemes, and hardware inventory.
• Provide technical support to end-users and perform system backups.
• Generate reports and maintain records using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and procedures.
