IT Support Engineer

Hosuk Travels is looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our growing team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, networks, and internal IT systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, routers, and other office equipment.
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain the company’s network infrastructure to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Respond to IT support requests promptly and document solutions for future reference.
• Conduct regular system backups, updates, and security checks to protect company data.
• Assist in setting up new user accounts, email IDs, access permissions, and IT onboarding.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for equipment procurement, repairs, and service agreements.
• Manage antivirus tools, firewalls, and system security to prevent breaches and vulnerabilities.
• Prepare IT reports and provide recommendations to management for system improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, troubleshooting, and IT hardware.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
