We are looking out for an IT Support Engineer with atleast 3+ years' experience, who can travel and work independently. Should be able troubleshoot hardware, network and software problems on Laptops and Desktop Computers. Hands-on experience with Service-Now ticketing system. Knowledge of Networking, Structured Cabling, Data Backup, Internet connectivity and Routers. Should be able to troubleshoot email problems using Outlook and Office 365.
