IT Support Engineer

We are a IT services and support company in Qatar, delivering reliable, end-to-end IT solutions to clients across various industries. Our services include IT Support AMC, on-call support, IT infrastructure management, time & attendance solutions, structured cabling, and network setups. We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing on-call and AMC-based support to our clients. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in corporate IT environments and capable of resolving technical issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-call and scheduled AMC support for clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices
• Manage and support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, email configurations, and user accounts
• Handle network-related issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, basic firewall support)
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and health checks for client systems
• Support backup systems, antivirus solutions, and IT security best practices
• Document support activities and update service records regularly
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in IT support in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic server administration
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Experience with structured cabling, network troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid Qatar driving license (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
