IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations. A valid driving license is mandatory as the role involves visiting client sites.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to users and clients
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, and networking devices
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
• Maintain system performance, security, and data backups
• Set up and support email, internet.
• Maintain IT documentation and service reports
• Ensure timely resolution of technical problems
• Travel to client locations for installation and support services

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of hardware, printers, routers, and basic server systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel as required
• Diploma / Degree in IT or related field (preferred)
