IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support the delivery of reliable IT services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 technical support to end users via ticketing system, email, chat, and in person
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices)
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS/Linux OS issues
• Support productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, VPN, VMware, shophos and collaboration apps
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Active Directory/Azure AD
• Assist with network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, switches, routers, server, connectivity issues)
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure timely patching and updates
• Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and improve support processes
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per year
