IT Support Engineer

Zahr Freighters, a leading logistics and freight solutions provider in Dubai, is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and office applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Monitor system performance, security, and backups to ensure data protection
• Assist employees with IT queries via phone, email, or in-person support
• Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and documentation of IT assets
• Implement IT policies, updates, and security protocols
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for technical support when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar IT role
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and networking concepts
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and office applications
• Familiarity with IT security practices and data protection measures
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively
