IT Support Engineer

Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing reliable technical support to support daily business and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity problems efficiently.
• Maintain user accounts, access rights, and data security protocols.
• Support email systems, office applications, and business software.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
• Maintain IT documentation and report recurring technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and office IT systems.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and support multiple users in a fast-paced environment.
