We are seeking a proficient 1st Line Help Desk Technician to provide swift and effective technical assistance for computer systems. The ideal candidate will respond to technical queries and provide expert advice to resolve them. An excellent Help Desk Technician must possess strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively, ensuring they understand the problem and can clearly explain the solution. Patience and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions are essential.

Required Skills:

Windows 10 Installation and Troubleshooting: Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 10 operating systems.

Office 365 Knowledge: Familiar with the core functionalities and troubleshooting common issues in Office 365 applications.

MS Teams Experience: Skilled in setting up, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Teams.

OneDrive and SharePoint Knowledge: Knowledgeable in configuring, managing, and resolving issues with OneDrive and SharePoint.

Network Printer Installations and Troubleshooting: Experienced in installing and troubleshooting network printers.

Basic Networking Experience: Understanding of basic networking concepts and the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues.

Hardware Problems Troubleshooting: Competent in identifying and resolving hardware-related issues in desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Active Directory Management: Skilled in managing user accounts, groups, and permissions within Active Directory.

Ticket Management Systems: Proficient in using ticketing systems to manage and track support requests and ensure timely resolution.

Remote Desktop Support: Experienced in providing remote desktop support to diagnose and fix issues from a distance.

Basic Security Practices: Understanding of basic IT security principles and practices to ensure systems and data are protected.

Customer Service Excellence: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
