IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior IT Assistant with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in basic IT support and maintenance. The selected candidate will assist in day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support, and help maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Handle printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Assist with CCTV installation, monitoring, and basic maintenance
• Perform basic wiring and cable management for IT equipment
• Carry out routine system maintenance and software updates
• Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain records of IT assets and support activities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Certification in IT, Computer Hardware, or a related field (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems
• Understanding of viruses, malware, and antivirus software
• Experience handling printers and peripheral devices
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems
• Knowledge of LAN cables, wiring, and basic networking
• Familiarity with virus removal and antivirus tools
• 1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience in IT support

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Working Days: Mon-Sat (All Sat Half Day)

Job Time: 9 am - 6 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
