Black Swan Group is looking for a skilled IT Support & Automation Specialist to manage and support the IT infrastructure across our team and group companies.

Role Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day IT operations, system support, and developing automation solutions to improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, and devices
• Network setup, monitoring, and issue resolution
• IT support for multiple group companies
• Website development and maintenance
• Workflow automation and system optimization
• Zoho development (CRM, Creator, Flow, automation workflows)
• Database management and reporting

Technical Skills Required:

• SQL & Python
• Zoho Developer experience (mandatory)
• Basic web development knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript preferred)
• Network administration and troubleshooting
• Experience in IT support across multiple users/locations
