IT Support Engineer

Job Summary:
The IT Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure and systems. This role ensures the stability, security, and efficient operation of networks, servers, hardware, and software solutions to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Ensure network security and data protection measures are in place
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups regularly
• Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers when required
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and security principles
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Preferred Male candidates only.
