IT Support Engineer

Hosuk Travels is seeking a skilled and dependable IT Support Engineer to manage and support the company’s IT systems at our Riyadh office. This role ensures smooth daily IT operations and timely technical assistance within the travel and tourism environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot system, application, and connectivity problems
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
• Ensure regular system updates, backups, and antivirus protection
• Support LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network infrastructure
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and repairs
• Support travel and booking software systems
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and company standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with servers, data backups, and cybersecurity practices
• Experience supporting CRM or travel management systems is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple support requests efficiently
