IT Support Engineer

Amjad Smartech Solutions is looking for an IT Engineer to join our team. We are seeking a motivated individual with good technical knowledge and willingness to learn and grow in the IT field.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain computer networks and servers
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Install and manage Windows systems and Office 365 environments
• Manage NAS storage solutions and backups
• Configure and maintain VoIP communication systems
• Install and support CCTV systems, especially Hikvision
• Configure and manage UniFi networking products and ecosystem
• Configure and maintain Fortigate firewalls
• Perform structured cabling and onsite IT support when required

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
