IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with strong knowledge of desktop support, networking, and server administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of network and server environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Monitor and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Perform server backup, restoration, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Configure and manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, and cloud-based services.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and server-related issues.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and support records.
• Ensure IT security policies and best practices are followed.

Job Location: Jebel Ali, Industrial area 1

Working days in a week: 5 (Saturday & Sunday holiday)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• IT Support: 3 years (Preferred)
• Server: 3 years (Preferred)
• Networking: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
