WE ARE HIRING – IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Work Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar

Duration: 3 Months

Requirements:

Minimum 5–6 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration

Experience supporting multiple branches/sites (remote & on-site)

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routers & switches

Hands-on experience with Cisco and Fortinet devices

Windows 10/11 & Microsoft Office 365 support

Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022)

Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS & DHCP management

Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

Firewall configuration and troubleshooting (FortiGate, Sophos, SonicWall, Cisco)

Experience with CCTV, Biometric Attendance & Access Control Systems

Hardware installation, maintenance, and IT asset management

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Free Visa with Valid QID Mandatory

Ras Laffan Gate Pass is an advantage

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications:

CompTIA A+

CompTIA Network+

CCNA
