Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT technician professional to join our provision team. We offer competitive compensation based on experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide provisioning work on the company's mobile device platform.
• Understand and can help finalize the customer’s requirements.
• Closely involved with handling customer feedback and rush requests.
• Responsible for the overall provisioning tasks, and provide/suggest improvements as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years related experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Ability to review technical requests and closely follow technical instructions.
• Experience working in device provisioning, app updates, and the MDM portal is a plus.
• Demonstrate focus and discipline for the tasks assigned.
• Proficiency in Words, Excel, Power Point, and Google Suite.
• Attention to detail and organization skills.
• Demonstrate excellent people skills and teamwork mentality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
