The Opportunity
This is not a typical help desk role.
This position is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Cloud, VoIP, or Network Engineer. You’ll work directly with real customer environments, gain hands-on experience, and develop highly valuable technical skills.

What You’ll Do
- Support and troubleshoot Cisco Webex Calling environments
- Assist customers with adds, moves, changes (users, call flows, auto attendants, etc.)
- Troubleshoot VoIP, call quality, routing, and application issues
- Respond to support requests via phone and ticketing system
- Provide post-installation support for new customer deployments
- Collaborate with the team to solve complex technical issues
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications

- Experience with Cisco, networking, or VoIP is a plus (not required)
