Job Description: IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support

My Career Online is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing top-notch support to our staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for software and hardware issues related to workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and software updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through various channels (in-person, phone, remote support).
• Assist in setting up and managing user accounts, email, and network access.
• Document support requests and solutions to enhance the knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, desktop support, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, along with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting and hardware maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

Additional Information:

• Salary: QAR 70 - QAR 120 per hour, based on experience.
• Location: 56 Talent Way, Doha, Qatar.
