Mannai Technologies – IT Support Engineer
Mannai Corporation (ICT Division – Mannai Technologies) is a leading IT solutions provider supporting government, enterprise, and corporate clients with managed technology services across Qatar.
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and ensure smooth IT operations for end users.
What You’ll Do?
- Provide L1/L2 IT support (onsite and remote)
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and other devices
- Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, email, and Active Directory
- Reset passwords and manage user accounts and permissions
- Install and configure software and systems
- Resolve basic network issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN)
- Log and track issues using IT ticketing systems
- Support office IT equipment (meeting rooms, AV systems, etc.)
- Escalate complex issues to network and cloud teams
- Ensure service SLA targets are met
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in IT support or service desk roles
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Basic networking troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
Pay: From QAR6,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
