About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated IT Support Engineer, Hiring a developer with hands-on experience in building ERP systems across backend and frontend. to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, supporting end users, and ensuring the smooth operation of all hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the company.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system security.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and regular system backups.
• Support office automation systems (email, printers, ERP, etc.).
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, networking (LAN/WAN), and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud-based platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
