As an IT Support Specialist, Candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our organization's technology runs smoothly and efficiently. He shall be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining client IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent technical knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.

• Microsoft Office 365 Setup & Configuration
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Management & Administration)
• Advanced knowledge on SharePoint Administration & Designing
• Advance Knowledge of Servers, backup & Storage
• Advanced knowledge on Firewalls & Network Switches
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Client's OS / PCs ? Laptops
• IP PABX Configuration & Management
• Video Conferencing Devices Management
• Wireless & Routers
• Microsoft Office & other Software
• User Support Experience
• Server Administrator, Backup Management
• Advance Knowledge of User Support, Desktop, Laptops, Printer, PABX Systems, Wireless Routers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• IT Support: 7 years (Preferred)
