Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) is the largest insurance provider in Qatar and one of the leading insurers in the MENA region, founded in 1964. An IT Support Engineer at QIC is responsible for providing first-line and second-line technical support to employees, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure across the organization. The role supports both office users and business-critical insurance systems.

4. Security & Access Management
5. IT Operations & Maintenance
6. Ticketing & Incident Management
7. User Training & Support
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering
2–5 years IT support experience (insurance or corporate preferred)
Knowledge of:
Windows Server / Active Directory
Microsoft 365
Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
