IT Support Executive

Role Overview

The IT Support Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all IT systems, providing technical support to users, maintaining hardware and software infrastructure, and resolving issues promptly to avoid downtime. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and coordination with vendors to keep IT operations efficient and secure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
• Certifications like CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA A+ / N+ are an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support preferred.
• Provide technical support for computers, printers, and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and update operating systems and software.
• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network devices.
• Manage email setup, antivirus, and system security.
• Maintain IT asset records and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
• Support ERP/Tally and other company applications.
• Handle data backup and ensure smooth system performance.
• Respond quickly to user issues to minimize downtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
