IT Support Executive

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Executive with experience in IT support, CCTV monitoring, and GPS tracking systems. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, monitoring surveillance systems, and managing GPS tracking for company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Monitor CCTV cameras and ensure proper recording and functioning
• Report any suspicious activities or camera failures immediately
• Maintain and manage DVR/NVR systems and CCTV backups
• Monitor GPS tracking system for company vehicles and assets
• Generate GPS tracking reports and movement history when required
• Troubleshoot internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues
• Manage user accounts, email setup, and access permissions
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment maintenance and repairs
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation
• Ensure data security and system backups

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in IT support, CCTV monitoring, and GPS tracking
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
• Experience with CCTV systems (IP cameras, DVR/NVR)
• Knowledge of GPS tracking software and reporting
• Familiarity with Windows OS and basic server support
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
