IT Support Executive or IT Support Engineer

We are hiring an IT Support Executive for a full-time, onsite role in Islamabad, Pakistan

Hands On Skills & Experience

• Must hold CompTIA certification or equivalent.
• Hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• For desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors
• Network setup and troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
• Microsoft 365, email, and cloud storage support
• Virus removal, data backup, and system recovery
• Knowledge of PC components, BIOS, and operating systems
• Customer support, problem-solving, and ticket/documentation management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

We are looking for IT Support Executive or IT Support Engineer in our Islamabad office. Only candidates based in Islamabad or willing to relocate.
