IT Support & Hardware Technician

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Support & Hardware Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations in the office.

Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve system errors, bugs, and technical issues.
• Perform basic laptop and desktop hardware repairs, including connector replacements, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Ensure proper functioning of network connectivity, printers, and office devices.
• Provide IT support to employees, resolving day-to-day hardware/software issues.
• Maintain records of repairs, updates, and system checks.
• Perform routine data backup and system updates to ensure security.
• Handle minor office errands or external IT-related tasks when required.
• Assist in setting up new systems, accounts, and devices for employees.
• Ensure overall IT security, performance, and smooth workflow in the office.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware repairing and replacements.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
