We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join a project in Montvale, NJ. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support with a strong focus on device management, Intune, and MDM tools, ensuring efficient onboarding and support of end-user devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support to end users onsite.
- Support device enrollment and deployment using Microsoft Intune / MDM tools
- Configure, provision, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and access
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking
- Manage tickets through ITSM tools, ensuring SLA compliance
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, and resolutions
- Support hardware break-fix activities when required
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and/or MDM solutions
- Experience with device enrollment, configuration, and deployment
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
