  • Provide technical support for staff (hardware & software issues).
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and office devices.
  • Manage email accounts, user access, and basic system security.
  • Troubleshoot network, internet, and connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
  • Ensure data backup and basic cybersecurity practices.
Skills
  • Proven experience in IT Support or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Windows & macOS operating systems.
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi Fi, routers).
  • Familiarity with email systems (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365).
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills.
