<Responsibilities>
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms including social media, search engines, email campaigns, and content management systems.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and Facebook Advertising to maximize ROI.
- Optimize landing pages and user journeys through conversion optimization techniques to enhance engagement and lead generation.
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and other digital channels that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Analyze website analytics with Google Analytics and other tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and refine campaigns accordingly.
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
- Maintain and update websites using WordPress or other content management systems while ensuring SEO best practices are implemented.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve customer engagement.
- Stay current with industry trends in SEM (Search Engine Marketing), performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and social media management to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM strategies, social media marketing, and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Google AdWords), Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
- Skilled in content creation, copywriting, keyword research, and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with website management using WordPress or other content management systems; knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with conversion optimization techniques to improve campaign performance across digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from SQL or other analytics tools to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting insights clearly.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and experience in e-commerce environments is desirable but not mandatory.
