IT Support & Network Technician

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years in IT support and network troubleshooting
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or Networking
• Certifications: CCNA or MCSA preferred
• License: Valid Qatar Driving License
• Visa: NOC with transferable visa is mandatory

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Installation and troubleshooting of CCTV systems
• Experience with biometric and access control systems
• Basic server maintenance and user account management
• Familiarity with firewalls and network security configurations
• Switch configuration, LAN cabling, and printer setup
