Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software (Windows, MS Office, etc.).
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Provide helpdesk support to end users for daily IT concerns.
  • Perform troubleshooting at the hardware level for desktops, laptops, and related equipment.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT service requests and maintain issue logs.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic software installation/configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and network issues.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts and helpdesk procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Education: Minimum Intermediate. A diploma in IT/Networking (e.g., CIT, DIT) will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field (IT support, hardware troubleshooting, or networking).
