Job Title: IT Support & Networking Technician

We are looking for a skilled IT professional with strong hands-on experience in networking and printer setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure WiFi and LAN printers

Provide customer support (in-person, over the phone, and online)

Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues

Configure IP settings and ensure smooth device communication

Assist customers with system setup and technical guidance

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience

Strong understanding of networking concepts (IP configuration, LAN/WiFi setup)

Experience connecting printers to networks and computers

Good communication skills for customer support

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
