Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Monitor and manage servers, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
  • Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation.
  • Ensure data backups and system security protocols are in place and followed.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage email systems, company domains, and cloud storage (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
  • Assist in software installation, licensing, and updates.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, services, or procurement.
  • Educate and support users on cybersecurity awareness and IT policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with network tools, antivirus software, firewalls, and backup systems.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
