JD IT Officer:

The IT Support Officer is responsible for providing technical support and maintaining computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and related IT equipment within the organization. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring systems, ensuring smooth IT operations, and supporting users at all company locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to users for hardware, software, printer, network, and email-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, antivirus, and other business applications.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and network equipment.
  • Configure email IDs.
  • Monitor LAN/WAN connectivity or internet issues.
  • Perform laptop backup data.
  • Ensure timely installation and updating of software and drivers.
  • Maintain CCTV, attendance devices.
  • Maintain proper documentation of IT complaints.

Required Qualification:

  • Intermediate or Diploma in IT.
  • 2–4 years of relevant IT support experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, hardware troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding laptop backup data
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs2.00 per month

Experience:

  • IT: 2 years (Preferred)
