Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented IT Support Officer / IT Technician to manage day-to-day IT operations across doctHERS & Naya Jeevan. The role involves hands-on support for network and Wi-Fi issues, hardware and software troubleshooting, IT asset management, attendance systems, and the administration of company IT applications, CRM, and ERP platforms to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network and Wi-Fi connectivity issues across offices and sites
- Configure and manage routers, switches, access points, and basic network settings
- Manage and maintain the biometric / machine-based attendance system, including employee setup and issue resolution
- Provide first-level support for hardware issues (laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, etc.)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, including allocation, tracking, and recovery
- Support employees with IT-related queries, both on-site and remote
- Handle IT domain management, including user access, email setup, and permissions
- Support and coordinate company CRM and ERP systems, including user management and basic troubleshooting
- Manage and support internal IT applications and digital tools used across departments
- Ensure system updates, antivirus protection, backups, and basic data security practices
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and recovering IT equipment
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and data security standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration)
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS (basic Mac OS knowledge is a plus)
- Experience managing attendance machines, IT applications, CRM, and ERP systems
- Practical experience in hardware troubleshooting and IT asset management
- Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-department environment
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience supporting healthcare, corporate health, or service-based organizations
- Familiarity with remote team support, VPNs, or cloud-based tools
- Exposure to multi-site or field-based IT operations
