IT Support & Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Operations & Systems Administrator to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in troubleshooting, virtualization, Linux systems, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), while also bringing experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Incident Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IT infrastructure issues across systems, networks, and applications.
• Administer Linux servers and virtualized environments to maintain smooth operations.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for scalable and reliable deployments.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and adherence to ITSM best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.
• Support IT security initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintain documentation of processes, systems, and incident reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in network troubleshooting and IT infrastructure management.
• Hands-on expertise with Linux system administration.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and incident/problem management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
