IT Support & Operations Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and resourceful IT Support & Operations Specialist with a background in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day IT support needs, oversee system operations, and ensure smooth technology integration across departments. Prior experience in a real estate environment is essential to understand industry-specific tools, platforms, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level in-house technical support to end-users (hardware, software, network, and email systems).
  • Maintain and troubleshoot real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Bitrix24).
  • Ensure smooth onboarding/off-boarding of employees from an IT perspective (account creation (Yandex360), access control, hardware setup).
  • Manage and maintain company IT assets inventory (laptops, printers, routers, VoIP systems, etc.).
  • Support agents and teams with connectivity, file sharing, email setup, and device configurations.
  • Oversee data backup, recovery solutions, AV support and cybersecurity measures.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for software licenses, internet services, and tech upgrades.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to support business operations.
  • Ensure secure and efficient use of cloud services and data storage (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Dropbox, etc.).
  • Assist in automating processes and digitizing internal systems to improve operational efficiency.

· Website Creation and Management.

· Social Media Management.

· Graphics Design Management - Social Media Artworks, Birthday Artworks, Business Cards, Brochures, etc.

· Photographer/Videographer Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of IT support experience in the real estate sector is a must.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific platforms such as CRM, listing portals, and digital signage tools.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and security protocols.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple IT and general tasks simultaneously.
  • Good English communication skills, smart, presentable, and multitasker.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google (Sheets, Docs/Calendar, etc.) to share reports and forecasts efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Full-time, Permanent position with remuneration of AED 4,000.00 – AED 6,000.00 per month (depending on experience).
