IT Support Specialist

We are urgently looking for an experienced and well-organized IT Technician (Technical) cum Web Developer / Web Designer / Graphic & Product designer.

As an IT Technician, your duties will include troubleshooting and diagnosing software and hardware issues, setting up and configuring computer networks, and working with staff on all levels, including executives and directors. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.

As a Web Developer/Designer/Graphic & Products Designer is in charge of ensuring websites look good and function properly. Web developers collaborate with website and graphic designers, monitor website traffic, troubleshoot website problems when they arise, and update websites as necessary. Web designer who will be responsible for creating great websites for our clients. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for company websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our company branding.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

IT Technician Responsibilities:

- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.

- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

- Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.

- Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.

- Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.

- Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.

- Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.

- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.

- Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.

- Conducting daily backup operations.

- Managing technical documentation.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
