IT Support Specialist

WQ Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve users’ hardware, software, and network issues
• Respond to technical support requests via email, phone, and remote access
• Perform system updates and maintenance tasks
• Inform and train users on new software and systems
• Set up and configure IT equipment
• Create documentation to prevent recurring issues

WQ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic knowledge and experience with hardware, software, and networking
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and fundamental networking technologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is preferred
