Job Title: IT Support Specialist About the Role: We are looking for an IT professional to manage daily technical support, maintain systems and networks, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide hardware/software troubleshooting and user support Install, configure, and maintain laptops, printers, and IT devices Manage network setups (LAN/Wi-Fi), security, and system updates Monitor backups, antivirus, and access controls Maintain IT asset records and documentation
