Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role requires a skilled professional with strong problem-solving abilities, technical expertise, and the ability to support end-users effectively. The IT Support Specialist will play a key role in maintaining QCodes Infotech LLC’s reputation for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve IT problems in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
• Maintain accurate records of support activities, incidents, and resolutions.
• Assist in IT compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Prepare reports on IT support performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or technical assistance.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and support processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, IT support tools, and ticketing systems.
• Certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft are an advantage.
