Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support (Level 1–2) for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office, email, and basic networking problems
• Respond to helpdesk tickets via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management
• Support VPN, printer, and connectivity issues
• Document issues, solutions, and technical procedures
• Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary

Requirements

• Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Support role (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk) is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and grow in IT career path
