Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Deploy and manage AI-powered security sensors and monitoring devices at client sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving Windows/macOS, Office 365, and cloud-based SaaS platforms.
- Manage user identity and access through Azure AD and endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune.
- Perform regular system audits and vulnerability scans to ensure client compliance with security standards.
- Document support tickets and technical procedures in our centralized knowledge base.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of workstations, printers, and mobile devices for new users.
Skills and Requirements
- Technical Troubleshooting: Strong ability to diagnose hardware, OS, and connectivity issues quickly.
- Cloud & Identity: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud-based identity platforms (Entra ID/Azure AD).
- Cybersecurity Literacy: Understanding of threat detection, firewall basics, and security best practices.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ticketing Systems: Experience using modern service desk tools (Jira, ServiceNow, or similar) to manage workflows.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals (AZ-900/MS-900) are highly preferred.
