IT Support Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure smooth operation of systems and networks. This role requires a proactive professional with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver timely support to employees and clients. The IT Support Specialist will play a key role in maintaining Kadan Teknoloji LLC’s reputation for excellence in IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Document support requests, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement upgrades and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT regulations and company policies.
  • Support audits, reviews, and internal assessments related to IT operations.
  • Deliver training and guidance to staff on IT tools and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or technical assistance.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, IT support tools, and ticketing systems.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are an advantage.
