IT Support Specialist

Englewood, CO / Full-Time | Hybrid Opportunity | $25–$29/hour

At Integrity Fire Safety Services, we help protect businesses and communities through industry-leading fire and life safety solutions. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and dependable IT Support Specialist to join our team and support employees across multiple departments and locations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide day-to-day technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account access issues
• Perform password resets, account unlocks, and user account provisioning
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and Windows operating systems
• Document support requests, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately within the ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff with detailed documentation
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup and account creation
• Help maintain a positive and efficient technology experience for all employees

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of IT support, helpdesk, or technical support experience
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, basic networking concepts, and computer hardware
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or similar are a plus

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• Hybrid schedule available (potential for 1–2 remote days per week)
• Occasional evening or weekend support may be required based on business needs
