Your Role

• Provide frontline IT support: troubleshoot desktops, laptops, networks, printers, and software for our engineering, production, and office teams
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic cybersecurity measures,
• Maintain servers, workstations, and manufacturing-related systems (CNC interfaces, production software, etc.)
• Assist with setup/installation of new equipment and software updates
• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to build our knowledge base
• Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure reliable tech support for mission-critical operations

What We're Looking For
Required:

• High school diploma or GED (associate's or bachelor's in IT/related field preferred)
• 1+ years of hands-on IT support, help desk, or systems administration experience
• Active Directory and Group Policy, Azure AD and Intune configurations
• Solid troubleshooting skills for Windows environments, Office 365, basic networking, and hardware
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and customer-service orientation
• Ability to lift 10–25 lbs occasionally and work in a mixed office/manufacturing environment (moderate noise, some machinery)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred:

• 3+ years IT experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial settings
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, CNC/machine interfaces, or industrial IoT
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications
