IT Support Specialist II

Are you a techie who loves helping end users? Are you well versed in MS OS or have IT certifications that want to use in our growing company? Ascentist may have the perfect match for you!

We're seeking an IT Support Specialist 2 at our Leawood, KS office. In this role, you'll provide second level incident and service resolution for end users - including opening, tracking, and closing tickets and ensuring incdient/service request ownership and promoting customer satisfaction.

If you have a High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of two years’ experience and/or training with IT Technical Support OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, and a clean background check. Prior work experience working with enterprise ticketing system, Active Directory, VPN, Exchange, MS Office Suite, Access Management Tools, Windows operating systems, Apple IOS, networks, enterprise phone systems is also a must.

Candidates with Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert certification, MTA IT certification, Microsoft Certified IT Professional certification, A+ Certification, Network Systems certification, ITIL Foundation are highly desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Locations: KS - with some travel to clinics

Schedule: 8-9hr Days/5 Days per Week, No Weekends

Experience: Minimum of one year performing substantially similar essential functions is required
